Dear All at Susan Rose :
A huge thank you to all at Susan Rose for the beautiful mugs you organised for the 50th Anniversary of Heartaches C.C. I trust we did not cause you too many headaches with all the various changes that had to be made.
They went down an absolute storm with everyone at the party and we have received many compliments. I have the feeling they will be displayed rather than being used.
I definitely know where to come should we need china gifts in the future.
Kindest regards
Eileen
Working with Susan Rose China has been an excellent experience! From the friendliness and professionalism of their team to the excellent customer service offered. Advice given on which of their products best suited our needs was extremely helpful as was the help received with the design and artwork which resulted in The Royal Yacht Squadron being able to offer unique and beautiful awards when celebrating the bicentenary of the club in 2015 and subsequently as gifts to visiting clubs.
Susan Rose China were a delight to work with from beginning to end! From offering helpful advice on the best product to suit our needs, to their patience during the design process and their regular communication to ensure we were well informed during every step of the process, they couldn’t have been more professional. Our award winners were thrilled to receive such a beautiful jug – fantastic value given each was bespoke – and we would certainly recommend the company to anyone looking for something that little bit special!
