We have been delighted with the whole experience of commissioning our “Mugs of History” from Susan Rose China. As a Foundation School we were commissioning three designs at the same time. The whole creative process was easy and painless. The high quality of design and Susan’s understanding of what we wanted made it easy for us. Having one person as contact meant that we all knew where we were at any time and the delivery was on schedule. We are delighted with our mugs and couldn’t be more pleased. Susan did a wonderful bespoke mug for me for my son’s house at school – I gave one to each of the boys, to the Housemaster and the Dame, as leaving presents and they were all thrilled. It is a wonderful memento of a very special five years! Susan was incredibly helpful throughout the design process, which was smooth and effortless, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
