How to order

We want to make placing an order with Susan Rose as easy and painless for you as possible so please do pick up the phone and ring or e-mail us if ordering online is proving problematic!

When you first place an order you will be instructed on how to create an account.  This means that for future orders you can sign in to your account using your personal password.

There are some simple steps to follow to place an order:

Choose the items that you would like to buy.

The website is set up so that on the Home Page that you can browse Susan’s range by occasion, china shape, pattern, corporate, schools, best sellers and finally our Mug of History to try and lead you quickly to what you are looking for or inspire you for a particular occasion.

There are keyword search boxes on all pages to guide you and you can simplify the range by ticking the shape box to direct you to a certain shape in each section.

Add the items to your Shopping Bag

If you would like to order an item of china from us, please click Add to Basket on the product information page for the selected item.  Sometimes you need to click on shape first to choose your size.   You can then keep browsing and shopping or go to your shopping bag to pay.

Proceed to Checkout

When you ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping Bag, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.  This will take you to the first page of the checkout.

Sign In

You will be asked if you are a new or existing customer.  So click on the relevant button.

Existing customers will need to enter their e-mail address and password.

Enter your details

Please fill in all personal details as required.  All orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided.  If there is an alternative delivery address please provide it.

Payment Information

Please enter your payment card details.  We accept all credit cards except Amex.

Confirmation of Order

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us confirming that your order has been placed.
