Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods with the exception of personalised and bespoke items.
For non-personalised items we will issue a full refund if the item is returned within 14 days unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Please notify us by email within 14 days of your intention to return the item.
Delivery charges are non refundable.
The customer is responsible for any charges for delivering the item back to us.

Having grown up in rural Bedfordshire, Susan Rose now lives and works from a renovated mill on the river Nene in Northamptonshire. Since her childhood she has been passionate about the countryside and rural life, her home providing constant inspiration for her designs with a love of history and nature.
