The origin of the Thanksgiving holiday can be traced back to the 17th century when English Pilgrims, seeking religious freedom, embarked on a journey to the New World.
They faced numerous hardships and, with the help of Native Americans, learned to cultivate the land and survive. In 1621, after a successful harvest, the Pilgrims and Native Americans came together for a feast of gratitude, which is often regarded as the first Thanksgiving.
All our china is handmade and handcrafted by one of our skilled china makers in the Longton region of Stoke -on-Trent.
