Description

This beautiful illustration of a puffin on an English bone china bauble was inspired by Susan’s visit to Skomer where she spent a weekend photographing these amazing birds.

The bauble is finished with hand painted metallic gold top and threaded with a red ribbon.

Puffins are unmistakable birds with their black back and white underparts, distinctive black head with large pale cheeks and their tall, flattened, brightly-coloured bill. Its comical appearance is heightened by its red and black eye-markings and bright orange legs and this hand-drawn image by Susan captures their unique character.

The bauble can be personalised with 3 lines of text which can include a name and Christmas greeting.

All our china is handmade and handcrafted by one of our skilled china makers in the Longton district of Stoke-on-Trent.

The china is gift wrapped in an English made presentation box.

Susan Rose China is proud to support British manufacturing at its finest.
