This English bone china money box features Susan’s newly designed toy range and takes its name from the classic 17th century Children’s nursery rhyme “Boys and Girls come out to play”!
This beautiful design features many children’s favourite toys such as classic teddy bears, trains, prams, unicorns, cupcakes, books, lions & tigers, storks, toy soldiers, hot air balloons, rocking horses and the favourite “push-along”.
This traditional money xox is personalised with the child’s name, date of birth or ceremony date, with the time of birth indicated on a clock face and with additional details – whether the time is am or pm, day of the week and the all important weight of the new arrival – featured on an old luggage label.
To add an extra special touch a personalised message may be added to the base of the piece if desired.
The opening lines of the rhyme “Boys and Girls come out to play, the moon does shine as bright as day” are added around the top to finish off this beautiful piece.
The money box is finished with hand-painted metallic gold lines to both the top and bottom rims of the piece.
