Description
This English bone china tankard mug forms part of our “Remembrance” range of mugs all of which were designed by Susan for The Royal British Legion to mark various events in our military history – from the years covering The Great War to more recent history such as The Falklands War, 75 years since VE Day & D-Day and the 80th anniversary of The Battle of Britain together with mugs looking at the military history of our Armed Services.
This mug depicts the events of 1917 and references the fact that it was the year America joined the war, the 3rd Battle of Ypres and the events at Passchendale – the subject of its own mug in this series.
It can be personalised with the addition of a name to the inside rim.
All our china is hand-made and hand-decorated in the Longton district of Stoke-on-Trent.
The china is gift wrapped in an English made presentation box.
Susan Rose China are proud to support British manufacturing at its best.
